The ZBF-12-4A-7Ah buffer power supply was built to provide uninterrupted power to devices requiring a stabilized voltage of 12VDC (10-5-13.8V). The modern 74% efficient pulse converter used in the device generates DC voltage with very good parameters (output voltage tolerance +/-1% at a ripple and noise level not exceeding 100m Vp-p). The use of such a modern converter leaves the heavy and low-efficiency linear converters used until recently far behind. The power supply supplies DC voltage to the load by converting the AC power grid voltage, or in the absence thereof, from the attached battery. During power supply from the AC power grid, the power supply charges the battery. The operating status of the power supply is indicated by LED diodes.
