tMEM is a single-phase, bidirectional energy monitor with Modbus RTU interface.
By connecting this device to LK4, we gain an innovative solution for online electricity monitoring and setting events to optimize energy consumption in commercial, industrial and residential spaces. Thanks to its bidirectional operation, the meter can be used in measurements with photovoltaic installations.

The device is sold with a 100A/50mA CT (current transformer) with which it is calibrated to work.

Basic features

  • Indirect measurement using an easy-to-install (split-core) current transformer.
  • Bidirectional measurement - exported power is presented with a "-" sign. Energy is presented as import energy and export energy.
  • Real-time Modbus reading: voltage, current, power, frequency, imported energy, exported energy, uptime.
  • Device measurement accuracy: class B index.
  • The monitor and the current transformer are calibrated with a reference device.

tMEM is an energy monitor intended for data collection and automation in electrical installations. It does not have MIB certificates, which are characteristic of energy meters. Therefore, it cannot be used for energy billing.

Current Limitations of the Transformer

Before attaching the current transformer clamp:

Check the maximum load current or total power consumption (in watts) of the devices whose wires will be encompassed.

Ensure that the total current does not exceed the rated value of the current transformer, as indicated on its casing, packaging, or in the technical documentation (www.tinycontrol.pl).

Do not replace the current transformer with a model of different parameters than the one provided by the manufacturer.

Usage Restrictions
