• Returns and complaints


Purchased goods can be returned within 21 days from the date of purchase. The requirement for the refund is to include a completed return form and a complete set of accessories sold with the device.

Companies are obliged to return the goods at their own expense.

Private individuals can contact us through the Reporting system to obtain a return label for the Parcel Locker.

NOTE: During the holiday break, returns will not be accepted - please send with delivery after the date provided on the website. The return period is automatically extended.


In case of any irregularities in the operation of the purchased equipment, please contact us through the Reporting system or email sklep@tinycontrol.pl.

Please make sure to include the subject as "Complaint Report" along with the order number in the report or email. Thank you.

Please state the problem noticed in the content.

In response, we will determine the procedure for further testing, uploading new firmware, or returning the device.
